In collaborative law, the participants agree that they will work together to resolve their issues outside of court. The participants assemble a team consisting of specially-trained collaborative law professionals, such as attorneys, financial neutrals, child specialists and divorce coaches. The role we serve in collaborative law situations is that of the financial "neutral".
